This Privacy Policy describes how AETHR WORLD its affiliates and operators that we manage (collectively, “AW,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) collect, use, process, disclose, transfer, share, store and protect your personal information. This Policy applies to visitors and users (individually, “you”) of EG Site or Services or when you otherwise interact with us. Please note that this Privacy Policy constitutes a part of Terms of Use (the “Terms”).

With service providers or our partners. We may disclose your information to third parties when we believe in good faith that disclosure is necessary to protect our rights, our property, the integrity of the Services, personal safety, or the interests of you or any other person, and to detect, prevent and/or otherwise address fraud, risk management, security or technical issues.

There are also times when we provide information that identifies you personally to other companies and entities, such as government agencies, without your explicit consent, but where authorized or required by law. For example, in order to comply with court orders, subpoenas, lawful discovery requests and as otherwise authorized or required by law as well as parties to civil lawsuits.

COOKIES, WEB BEACONS

We use cookies and other similar identifiers to understand and save your preferences for future visits, to advertise to you on other sites, and to compile aggregate data about site traffic and site interaction so that we can offer better site experiences and tools in the future.

You can ask to close your account by contacting our Customer Support, and we will delete your personal information on request. If you do not have an AW account, please provide the email you used to make requests or to use our Services. Note that we may retain certain information as required by law or for our legitimate business purposes.

You have choices about your personal information, and in some circumstances, you may have the right to opt out or object to our uses of your personal information for Services provided by us. However, if you choose to do so, in many cases we will not be able to provide you with our Service or respond to requests you may have.
